Data processed

Account creation and sign-in use your name, email, phone, provider identifier and session details. Profile features use your chosen photo and addresses, digital identity/QR-vCard, preferences, notifications and activity records. Wallet, booking, investment and agreement features store related transactions and NDA acceptance records. The app does not provide identity-card photo uploads, audio recording, location, contacts or calendar access.

Purposes and permissions

Data is used to manage accounts, provide features you choose, authenticate users, protect security and send support messages and notifications. Camera access scans QR codes; selected photos are used for profiles. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in device settings.

Service providers

OneSignal processes notification and linked user identity data; Google supports your chosen sign-in method; Resend delivers account emails; Cloudflare provides network security and infrastructure; hosting providers operate servers and databases. When you choose to sign in to a separate app, selected identity details are transferred to that service. Data is not sold for advertising. Providers may process data outside Türkiye.

Retention and security

Account data is retained while your account exists to provide the service. HTTPS/TLS protects transmission. Account deletion removes personal profiles, addresses, photos, notifications and activity records. Identity, contact and IP fields are removed from NDA and financial transaction records, which are retained for contract evidence and financial audit for up to 10 years and then purged. This does not mean all personal data is kept for 10 years.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection to processing and withdrawal of permissions at [email protected]. Account ownership may need to be verified. Do not send passwords, card details or verification codes.

Nirpax → Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Type DELETE and accept the second confirmation. This affects your central Nirpax identity and linked NirPay data.
